What a great experience we had selling our house with Seymours! - after having little success/viewings with a different agent, we decided to give Seymours a chance and they arranged an open day with over 10 viewings in one day which resulted in 3 offers! The whole team were very motivated/enthusiastic and friendly but we were particularly impressed with Louie who helped us throughout the process. He had great professional advice as well as being very friendly and seemed to really care about helping us! His communication was brilliant and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Although we didn’t end up purchasing our new house through Seymours, Louie was by far the best agent (across all estate agents) at recommending houses for us to view even before they went on the market! He really took the time to understand our needs/requirements. Once our house went under offer we were passed onto Andie at Seymours (a sales progressor) who was fantastic!! She really helped during the often stressful phase of selling a house. She liaised with everyone involved and kept us very well informed with updates and progress. We would recommend Seymours to everyone and would definitely use them again in the future!
