I had a good experience with Martin&Co Wanstead. All the proccess was done properly; the paperwork was done mostly online, which helped a lot. They have been attentive, responsive and particularly sharp with assisting my household with finding and securing a new home. An especial mention for Rob Hall, the branch’s head of lettings, for being an extremely effective agent showing diligence, transparency and flexibility and skilfully managing what at times was a difficult move from our old to our new home. This is my first time renting, finding a good home was very challenging. Due to the high demand for properties in London, I felt I was treated as a number by most of the agencies however Martin and Co did listen to my request and put me forward to view my dream home.
