Have had an excellent experience as a tenant under Martin & Co. The tenant dashboard is also a really efficient way of managing payments and issues. Rob Hall provided a great service in showing us around when we were searching for a property. Communication has always been fast and friendly. Thanks for everything so far!

Martin and Co Wanstead have been an exceptional estate agents particularly in such a high demand and high stress renting environment. They have been attentive, responsive and particularly sharp with assisting my household with finding and securing a new home. An especial mention for Rob Hall, the branch’s head of lettings, for being an extremely effective agent showing diligence, transparency and flexibility and skilfully managing what at times was a difficult move from our old to our new home. I would highly recommend this office and all its agents who have all been knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Easy five stars.
