I rent property for one year from this agent , the begin fee is £460 for 2 persons , when we check out , the deduction is £1040.81 from the DPS, some items just because the professional cleaning company didn't clean thoroughly, it was provided by the agent ,according to the report , the floor should be cleaned again , the biggest deduction is because the visit arranged by the agent destroy the floor because of their rude and irresponsible , it also let the renter to be in charge of it , it is so unfair , now this item are in dispute , but something i confirmed had been deducted , the amount i confirmed only because the agent ask me to do , i think if i confirm , there will be no other dispute , but it is not so , so pls pay attention .
