I moved into my new flat on 24th January 2022 with my partner and we both feel our experience with Martin & Co was excellent. When we asked to view the property they cooperated with us to get a perfect time and when we arrived the agent was more than happy to answer any of our questions and allow us to have a proper thorough look around the property. The agent was very informative on the cost of living in the property and what would be part of the property. As me and my partner aren't originally from London and our families live almost 300 miles away, we wanted to find ourselves a property to make us feel at home and comfortable which we unfortunately did not get with a different agency when we first moved to London together, however, with Martin & Co we genuinely feel like we can finally feel at home and enjoy our experience of working and living in London. This has been accomplished by lettings manager Rob Hall and Martin & Co making the process so simple and run smoothly with also providing support such as having an online account to update any concerns we have, which we have used and has proven to work so efficiently.
