We sold our house in Wanstead through Martin & Co. Never before has an estate agent earned their commission so well. Mike was absolutely superb from valuation all the way to exchange of contracts. It was a very difficult sale, as a result of a series of troublesome buyers, with two agreed sales falling through. The third and final attempt was made unnecessarily painful by the buyer. None of the issues were down to Martin & Co. On the contrary, I genuinely believe that the eventual success of the sale process was largely down to Mike's persistence, calm and professionalism under extremely difficult circumstances. I cannot rate him highly enough and I feel that we owe him and Martin & Co a great deal, as we start our new life in a different part of the UK.

Very nice and trusty people. Moving to London and trying to rent a flat without having more than 2 months in UK is a difficult task. I think I was a lucky guy by finding them because in 2 weeks after the first discussion, I moved to the flat. They don't disturb you with anything and they are always there to help you(by phone and in person).
