Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Belvoir with our property purchase. From start to finish, they have been kind, professional and helpful. Our sale took much longer than anticipated due to delays caused by the building management company. This was frustrating and stressful at times however, Craig was absolutely fantastic in supporting us as much as he possibly could. He went above and beyond in chasing documents for us week after week as well as checking in with solicitors on both sides regularly to try and get things moving more quickly. He is so responsive to emails and always available on the phone. If it wasn't for the fantastic service provided by Craig and the team I don't think we would be living in our new home right now! On completion date, we got our keys much earlier than anticipated as well as a lovely card and gift from the Belvoir team which was very kind of them. Thank you so much!
