Wow! I cannot recommend Belvoir Warrington enough! At every single step of the process they have been with us and personal as well as professional. The initial meeting was swiftly put into the diary and Gary came out to conduct the meeting. Straight away you know you are in good hands with how professional and warm Gary is- easy to talk to, honest and obviously well prepared. We signed up with them straight away and their prices are extremely competitive. We went for the professional package which again was booked in quickly- and the photographer did a thorough job whilst making us feel at ease. The photographs showed our house beautifully and looked extremely professional. The house was listed on the Thursday and we had viewings booked in for the next few weeks the next day. The team deals with all the viewings and so you feel completely at ease- especially with them following high hygiene standards. We had offers by the Friday and had agreed to one by the Monday- a massively quick turn around! We had every faith in Gary and his team to do all the checks necessary and he offered great advice on why we should accept certain offers. Even after the agreed offer Gary and his team were still amazing- they kept on top of communicating with us and our buyer. They also kept communicating with our solicitors asking for update reports.
