This is the first time my flat in Warrington has been let and the whole process has been very straightforward. Gary and his team marketed the property and gave good advice about a potentially unsuitable tenant. I have not had to worry about anything and the utilities etc all sorted immediately. I had another let property in a different area and the agent there needed several phone calls before the simplest of things was done... not with Belvoir! Also, mail forwarded or scanned to me straight away. I have the feeling that the team is efficient and proactive in managing the let. I hope this continues, so keep up the good work. Over a year later...and I am now on the second tenant. I have honestly never had to worry about anything. A few minor maintenance issues have been sorted out easily and I can basically let the Belvoir team do all the worrying for me! keep up the good work.
