Really great service and letting agents. Initially emailed them about a really nice property. As the property so nice and well priced, it went off the market very quickly. Belvoir quickly offered us another similar property to view, which was very good of them. After viewing this property, we decided we would like to take it, however it had been taken by someone mere minutes before we accepted it. The letting agent was extremely helpful and told us about a lovely flat that was coming up for rent shortly. She ensured that we were the first people to view it, which was really nice to feel like someone was helping us in such a stressful time. We loved the flat and said we wanted to rent it, and the lovely people of Belvoir helped us through the pretty easy process. It was all online and the software was very easy to use. Belvoir did an extremely thorough and accurate inventory and did not hide any of the very minor flaws. Really good service from start to finish. Really genuinely helpful and professional staff.
