Cannot fault the service , have used Belvoir for the past 3 years as a landlord , The standard of service is exemplary , fees very good value , excellent communication with up to date inspection reports regularly. we used the full management service and it was worth doing . The tenant find was perfect and the check out process today was smooth and effortless with the property returned to me today in perfect turn key condition and will up for sale in the next few days . Having used another local letting agent previously for 2 tenants which became a disaster we would not hesitate to use Belvoir again should we venture back into the rental market again and would recommend anyone looking for a letting agent to try these guys first .
