Dealing with Gary and the team at Belvoir has been an absolute dream. Our existing tenant moved out just before we went into lock-down and we were worried that the property would remain empty for a long period of time. How wrong we were! The team at Belvoir found a new tenant, qualified references, completed all the paperwork, sorted out a few maintenance jobs that needed doing and had the new tenant moved in, all within 4 weeks of the old tenant leaving.
