Hi Katrina Janette my office Manager has tried to contact you on a few occasions with regards to your negative experience. When we arrange viewings we give 24 hours’ notice and ask upon arrival would you like us to take our shoes off. We advise on how to release the deposit, giving full deposit ID reference and also a contact number for the DPS. I can see this has not happened, I can only apologise for this.
