We were very impressed with the recent tenancy change at our property and the efficient, professional way in which it was managed to ensure everything ran smoothly.The Inventory was very detailed and our property was left in the same good condition it was in at the beginning of the previous tenant. We feel we are kept in the loop with regards to any problems that may occur and these are handled in an excellent way, very quickly and this ensures the Tenant is always happy. The staff are lovely, very friendly and approachable and we always receive an email or phone call to keep us informed. Gary is an excellent Manager and we would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir to any person looking to have their property Managed.
