We have been ‘Landlords’ with Belvoir for several years now and are extremely happy with the service provided to us, each matter has been dealt with in a professional, hassle free way. Staff have been helpful offering explanations and reassurance when necessary. Although we have used our own sub contractors to complete any necessary repair works, Belvoir have contractors available at competitive rates. We believe the three way relationship between agent, landlord and tenant has each best interest at heart - thank you.
