Leon was efficient and knowledgeable when fixing my boiler. He was chatty and friendly and didn't mind me asking questions about what he was doing. When I told him I was autistic and I needed him to repeat himself, he did so with understanding and patience. He also taught me ways to use my boiler that were more cost effective. Happy with the high quality service and now I have hot water!
