I have been a tenant for 6 years now with Belvoir (Warrington) as the managing agent. As a tenant when first moving into a rental property there are always concerns regarding maintenance, repairs be carried out swiftly, communications, issues with landlords or tenancy agreeements etc. From my own personal perspective I have experienced none of these problems. Belvoir have been excellent and I highy recommend their serivices. Whenever I have had an issue with repairs they have been prompt on all ocassions. No problem ever seems too big or too small - they listen and come across friendly yet remaining professional at all times. From my own personal experience working with them they seem unique in that they take a personal interest in the wellbeing and welfare of their tenents. This was bourne out throughout this Covid pandemic - they have been excellent in keeping with their ethos and reliability. Regular inspections are carried out which allows a tenant the opportunity to discuss or air any issues regarding the property on a personal one to one level. They are first class in this repect. To any prospective tenant reading this I can assure you Belvoir do a first class job. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.
