On behalf of the PC we would like to say a very big thank you for the work you have done recently on the Old School House. Not only did you advise us to take out the Rent Guarantee insurance, which it turns out we needed, but you and Amanda have gone above and beyond in terms of cleaning it up ready for new tenants and then through Belvoir have secured new tenants in what seems like record time. We are very appreciative considering what could well have been a rather unpleasant situation. Thanks again for all the help and look forward to continuing to work with you and Belvoir.
