Having employed Belvoir Warrington Property Management team on a previous property, I as a landlord had obviously no hesitation but to work alongside the team again when another property came up for rental. The said property was originally purchased through an estate agent that offered so called property management services, as the tenant was actually the previous property owner I stupidly stayed with the agent in the belief that they were a reputable nationwide company. This proved to be disastrous and costly over a 3 year period. At the end of the tenancy I contacted the Belvoir Warrington team who immediately sprang into action offering advice and support on the complexities and obligations for a landlord meeting all legalities. I was impressed in the concise audit of the property and report, the immediate return of my calls and emails answering all matters raised, and efficiency in driving forward to securing a reliable tenant through credit and reference checks. Further, the tenant was treated in the same efficient manner and kept fully informed throughout the process of signing of contracts and move in date etc. Total down time between the property becoming available and security of a tenant was less than 2 (two) days. It must also be stated that the Belvoir Warrington team have a fantastic network of qualified and experienced tradesman to call upon that understand the requirements of Landlords and Tenants and address any matters raised promptly.
