Very friendly team! Move in

Very friendly team! Move in was smooth and key pick up was great - nice touch by including a move in hamper! There were a few maintenance and appliance issues with the property after move in, and after a few calls to Belvoir they have now been resolved. My only feedback point would be to be more thorough with the inventory and cleaning before new tenants move in to avoid having to resolve issues later down the line (e.g check that appliances such as a dishwasher actually work before new tenants move in and have the property cleaned if there are clear signs that this needed to be done).
