Wonderful service. I have just given Belvoir a second property to rent out, which they did very rapidly. Can't recommend particular staff member because they are all knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly.

The service I have received from Belvoir has always been good. They know the right contractors to provide good service at a sensible price. The staff are always friendly and respond promptly to any queries.

I would say that since we started to let our properties with Belvior and most importantly in your branch, we have been very please with the knowledge and experience of your team.

All of the staff at Warrington are friendly and helpful. I have two properties let through Belvoir and will shortly be adding a third to the list. Based on their performance to date I would not consider another agent. I can strongly recommend them as a letting agent.

Since Gary and I met 4 years ago, I've found in that time that Gary and his team have really looked after me and my small portfolio of 2 buy to let properties. Gary's team completely take the headache away from me, with pretty much everything required when it comes to sourcing tenants and then managing them and the property when the property is occupied. I've had several tenant move in and out of my properties and the Team manage this very efficiently since I don't believe I've had a period when one of the properties has been vacant. Because of Gary and his Team, there is very little effort required from myself to be a landlord, which given my work commitments is exactly what I need.

Gary and his staff have been excellent looking after my property in Widnes. They have checked on condition regularly and reported back to me. I had to visit the office recently and they couldn't have been more welcoming. They know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as Letting Agents. Cannot fault the service , have used Belvoir for the past 3 years as a landlord , The standard of service is exemplary , fees very good value , excellent communication with up to date inspection reports regularly. we used the full management service and it was worth doing . The tenant find was perfect and the check out process today was smooth and effortless with the property returned to me today in perfect turn key condition and will up for sale in the next few days . Having used another local letting agent previously for 2 tenants which became a disaster we would not hesitate to use Belvoir again should we venture back into the rental market again and would recommend anyone looking for a letting agent to try these guys first .
