Unprofessional and incompetent. Had to drive 30 minutes to view a house arranged by Jill Moore agents, only to be greeted by a rude individual saying he had no knowledge of any viewing arrangement. Not only a waste of time but there could have been actual physical danger - and this is entirely the responsibility of the agent.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
