As a distant landlord looking to invest in properties I must say I was immediately impressed by the polite and courteous staff at the Wellingborough office. They know the market well and are fair without overly assertive about valuations etc. The record of sales speaks for itself. I am happy to recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling, as I have experienced both sides of the coin with them..
