And when we were offered early viewings before properties went live on the website, they didn't go live until after the viewings took place. A small detail but made us feel valued - and ultimately the house we bought didn't go on the website at all. 'Early' viewings offered by other agents were live the same day. Two agents only offered properties that were over budget or out of area.
