We chose Ashtons out of a few local agents, some of whom we had used before. They were responsive and supportive and so were nominated to sell our property for us. They were on the ball right from the off and continued the responsive and supportive stance throughout the process. We had numerous viewings and an accepted offer within 2 weeks of the start. We had some delays at the latter stages (which were not of their making) and they kept up the good communications and pressure on other parties to ensure we made it to the line.
