I can highly recommend Ashtons having sold our house through them at a very difficult time. They are the epitome of professional and have a really good understanding and experience of the market place and what effects that market place. My very first contact was with Tom who explained that Ashtons have a refreshingly different way of selling and when he left I was excited to choose them as our agent. Both Tom and Stephen were friendly, experienced and honest, rare in an estate agent, they treated us as though we were their only client. The house sold really quickly and then we were put in the hands of Ellissa who is a friendly, efficient professional who looked after us until completion. Ashtons produced an excellent brochure and web listing including the best house tour video that I have ever seen. They quickly found a buyer, helped negotiate an acceptable price and the sale was agreed in less than a week. The sale completed in just over 3 months. All Ashtons staff involved were excellent, with a clear focus on meeting or exceeding our expectations. Especially outstanding was the sales progressor. There were difficulties in the conveyancing process but our sales progressor showed great persistence and skill in working with agents and solicitors across the whole chain and was even the primary source of information for our buyer! The chain could have collapsed at one point but for the work done by our progressor. I would definitely use Ashtons again and would (in fact already have!) recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I just want to thank Richard Fossey, Ellissa Christopher and the team for the professionalism and tenacity in managing to sell my property for a good price in a really challenging market environment. The mortgage market caused so many problems for so many people but your confidence and patience really made the difference just when I was ready to throw in the towel.
