We are a couple of young professionals and we have been renting a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment via Coutry Properties in Welwyn Garden City for the past 2 years. We can safely say that they have provided by far the best experience we've ever had from a letting agency in the UK. They have they been very quick and super friendly in responding to any queries or requests we have made and they have always been transparent about all the processes involved. Special shout out to Joanna who has always been there to help with a smile, but also Sue and Doug for their professionalism.
