What can I say...Martin and Co have managed a rental property for us for around 11 years. There is a reason we stuck with them. The whole team are great, Indi, Jane and Yash are who I would speak to if they needed to get in touch with me or if I needed to get in touch with M&Co. All 3 of them were a pleasure to speak and quick to respond/resolve issues. In those 11 year we had 3 different tenants. In between tenants moving out new tenants were found very quickly and so there was never a period where we didn’t have rent not coming in. It has now come to the end of the relationship with Martin and Co, as we have sold the property using Martin and Co. Sandra managed the sale from listing the property, marketing to the final sale. In all it took around a month from the property being listed to an offer coming in which we accepted. Sandra played a vital role in the negotiations too to make sure we got at least the minimum we were willing to sell for. Sandra I feel was instrumental to the sale going through as both my solicitors abs the buyers solicitors seemingly twiddled their thumbs for months. Sandra I feel went above and beyond in what we expected and assistance of chasing the solicitors to pull their fingers out as well as doing their work for them. I will honestly miss talking to her she’s more like a friend now. I would recommend Martin and Co to both landlords and tenants alike. As far as for tenants go, if there are any issues in the property Martin and Co will get the issue resolved.
