From initial enquiry to recently moving in the service from both Ivan and Katie was excellent. Given the ongoing pandemic, Ivan was very helpful arranging a viewing at very short notice which was greatly appreciated. Katie was excellent during the referencing and processing period right up until move in day. I would highly recommend using them to any future tenant who is in need of a letting agent.

Sandra helped us massively with selling our flat, she literally came in talked us through it all and took charge. She was enthusiastic and positive the whole time and was determined to sell it for us. Cannot thank her enough, very professional, very kind, friendly and so very helpful. Always put herself out for viewings, available everytime i phoned and asked for help with the lead upto exchange. Would 100% recommend using Martin and Co and requesting Sandra.

We recently moved with the help of Martin & Co. The team were very helpful from the first viewing to making sure we had settled in well. Communication with Katie and Yash has been great and the few issues we had were sorted quickly. Would recommend if renting in Welwyn Garden City.
