We have recently started renting a property from Martin & Co Welwyn Garden City. Due to Covid we couldn't come to the property to view it beforehand but they were fantastic at making sure we had all the information we needed - including a video walk through and pictures of how the previous tenant had it. Katie Evans has been wonderful at making sure everything went smoothly and keeping us in the loop at all times. After check-in she has been really proactive in helping us resolve small maintenance issues in the flat. This is a refreshing attitude from an estate agents and we look forward to the rest of our tenancy.
