They agreed they have damaged our property against the contract. But never apologise to us & charging us for damaging our own peperty. On top of that they refused to compensate for the damage. They will might look sweet & professional in the beginning when they will ask you write a review about them. But, as soon as their work is done with you they will show their true colours. I strongly recommend to avoid them if you can.

Dear Bhagyashri Very disappointed to have received only 1 star but not surprised. I deliberately decided to wait until the outcome from the DPS adjudicator before replying. Now I have their report, as do you and Martin & Co won in full, their claim to charge you to remove your sofa - the sofa you left behind in the property when you moved on. We had another tenancy commencing so Martin & Co were left with no choice but to remove and dispose of the sofa. The adjudicator agreed with us. Do we feel vindicated? of course, but it's hard to see writing a certain "spin" put on things when we went out of our way to try and facilitate you. Your sincerely Stephen Director

I called their office on Monday morning, with the intention of viewing a property they are listing. My details were taken and I was promised a call back. Nothing! So I called again, to be told they were trying to contact the seller. They then emailed me to say the same thing. Now three days later, still nothing. No contact from them, on both Tuesday and Wednesday. I understand the market is slow, but how are they surviving with this total lack of service. Very poor! NINE DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!

Very rude on the phone called to enquire about a property and he said now been rented asked about others just said no and was not bothered and hung up the call!!

Terrible agency experience. They promoted a property with water included as part of the deal. However, unbeknownst to me, they had already initiated a water account in my name even before we moved in. I assumed this was because water was part of the package, but later realized the account was still active even after we moved out.
