To whom this might concern, I would like to escalate a concern regarding your customer service. I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue regarding the broken boiler in the property I rent. I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone with Payal (Contractor), and later via email, however I feel that I have been met with miscommunication and rudeness from your employee. I feel offended by her sarcastic tone and find the way I have been responded to be inappropriate customer service. I hope this will be looked into and dealt with.
