Highly unprofessional.. First stage we send the offer and the Elis & Co. said The landlord has accepted our income and offer Then they told to submit the documents with the holding deposit. After completing all the procedures when it came for reference check after 4 days Elis & Co replied that the landlord is not happy with the income . Totally Elis & Co . Wasted my one week

Dear Jeson, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed that you did not get the apartment, However we submitted all your papers to the landlord and it was he that decided against going ahead with yourselves, his was the final decision not ours. I understand you wish to vent you anger but please note we are only the agent and it is never our decision who we go head with or not. Good luck with your search!
