So far only positive experience with Ellis and Co . I've been looking for houses to rent earlier this year during first Lockdown when this task seemed to be a proper challenge . Faced all sorts of difficulties with other agencies where no viewing was available or it was just a lot of hassle. With Ellis and Co the whole procedure went really well , viewing appointment almost instantly booked , after the payment of holding fee ( later deducted from deposit ) I got the contracts drawn up swiftly and had a move in date within just a few days.
