I have two (buy to let) properties that I have bought through Ellis and co. The firm emphasises on high standards of customer care. They have the skills and expertise to price the property accurately, review potential tenants/buyers and co-ordinate the details of exchange and completion. Both my properties are now wonderfully managed by Ellis and co. Not only they ensure that the rent is received regularly, the invoice and other paperwork is handled professionally. When there have been incidents of things not working well in the property, Ravi and his team have promptly sorted it out. I certainly recommend Ellis and co.
