Dear Madam, We never said it was OK for anyone to live the way they have and if you had read my previous response properly you would have seen that we have done everything that was within our control to rectify the situation and to get the tenants evicted. I appreciate that your words come from anger and frustration, but your advice seems to be that we should have disregarded all legal compliance and kick the tenants out as soon as the neighbours clicked their fingers. The police and local authority have not managed to do that despite the several complaints they received, so what makes you think that us as letting agents have any right to do that? You’re blaming us for housing these people, but you fail to acknowledge the fact that they caused no issues during the first two years of the tenancy and their behaviour afterwards was unpredictable.
