I have had the pleasure of dealing with Adi at Ellis and Co regarding arranging a letting on behalf of my elderly parents. The first thing I would like to stress is how accomodating he was to my parents when he took them to view the property. Being elderly and taking to time to understand matters, he was patient and very clear and concise with the information he relayed to them. Most of all, he was very reassuring to them and that he would be of assistance at any time they would need him. He was knowledgeable and despite the fact that there was time constraint in terms of agreeing to the let, he kept us informed at all times with any new developments. He liaised with other external organisations, fulfilled promises and actions that he said he would undertake and provided all the necessary information we needed.
