Our family was served by a Junior sales and lettings negotiator called Dillon from Wembley branch. His customer service was very good. He was very professional and friendly. We saw powerful positivity in his customer service. He let us view the house in very relaxed way, he was was not hurrying us at all. Unfortunately, we could not make an offer on the house he showed us. However, he was very positive about my rejection too, he was willing to show other houses that we could like in future.
