I have been using Ellis & Co for the last 7 years to manage my property. The experience from day one has been seamless and the day to day pressures are handled by them. They are quick and efficient with any issues that arise. Their new ticket logging system makes communication fast and I always know what state my query is at. A special mention for Simina who proactively makes the tenancy renewal process so easy for me. She takes the stress away each year and is always available when needed. The whole team in general at the branch provide a great service and I am thankful for their expertise and guidance. A credit to the industry.
