I found Grey & Co staff to be very helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. My mum rents a flat through them, and as with any flats there have been some problems. I found myself calling/texting on numerous occasions (especially recently) and I always received a prompt response pretty much on the same day. My main point of contact was Carina and she had been on the case pretty much every time my mum needed some work done at the flat etc. Any problems were dealt with and rectified in a swift manner.
