I rented from Grey & Co about 4 months ago, as I was desperate for a property, they were very helpful and quick to forward the process and for me to pay the finances. *** HOWEVER, things took a turn for the worst when I informed them that I wanted to vacate and following thru my breakaway clause in the contract. I read the contract thoroughly but when it came to them, they twisted every rule in the contract in their favour I.e the return of my full deposit which they Initially promised at the beginning of the contract that I would receive in full. I now received less than half after reaching out to them multiple times via emails and telephone, I felt ignored and completely misled. I urge you all to NOT rent with Grey&Co as they WORK closely with difficult Landlords who want to squeeze every penny from you.
