Freya was absolutely brilliant throughout the buying process. She was the perfect mediator and communicator, at one point clarifying an issue that had extended the process over a month between all the parties involved - once taken in hand and clarified by Freya this problem was resolved within quite literally 2 hours. Freya actively listened and was attentive to all my concerns as a first time buyer. She was transparent and keen to help. She went above and beyond and for that reason I would highly recommend Whitegates West Derby if this is the character they employ.
