Really good experience with Paramount selling our 2 bed flat in Kilburn, they fully deserve a 5 star review. The video Robert did was excellent, as was the flat advert. Both Jamie and Robert were very good through the whole process, keeping us informed and efficiently managing the process. The background support was also excellent with weekly updates on advert viewing stats and timely feedback on viewings. The negogiation and offer management was spot on, and Jamie kept the process on track through to exchange of contracts. The sales memorandum was prompt and of good quaility. Highly recommend Paramount, they got our flat under offer at near asking price within 2 months in what was a fairly challenging market. Chapeau!
