Great experience - agents were very helpful, passionate, and were eager to find us an alternative property after our first offer didn’t work out. They showed us flats that exceeded our expectations and within our budget and never tried to “sell” us too much. Overall, a much better experience than what we experienced with other agencies. As a couple new to the country, the agents explained the process very clearly and we never felt out of the loop. The onboarding / signing process was smooth and easy.
