Dexter was great at attending to our needs. Paramount don't take on any rubbish properties, so you know you are seeing good quality houses during viewings. Helped us when things didn't go quite to plan (due to the landlord, not Paramount). Kyla helped us sort out signing of the house efficiently and remotley while we were on holiday so it was all sorted for our return. Overall, efficient, easy and would definitely use them again.
