We have had a great experience looking for properties in West Hampstead and moving in through Paramount. Adam- who showed us a number of different properties was really helpful, not pushy and explained everything in a lot of detail. Katie- who helped us during the move in period was really great in keeping us informed throughout the long time between agreeing to the tenancy and moving in. Both Adam and Katie were always available to answer even the silliest questions, accommodated our busy/erratic schedules and helped us a lot; really makes a difference having those personal relationships during the process.
