My flat sold very quickly with little inconvenience to me. I work from home and was dreading the influx of people. I was in a bridging situation and the agent managed to tie up a protracted closing of contract to suite my needs. I was particularly impressed with the commitment agreement which the buyer and myself paid into to ensure a penalty payment from either party if we had a change of heart not based upon structural or legal issues.
