Dear Chloe, we are equally disappointed that the property did not work out for you. Unfortunately the landlord accepted an offer through a different agency, who were also marketing the property - so this was beyond our control. I can assure you we took your holding deposit in good faith, and will of course be returning to you as soon as the money has cleared to us.
