We have been very impressed by the service we have received from Paramount and Dexter in particular. Although our move hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would have liked and we’ve experienced a few maintenance issues, we’ve really appreciated Dexter’s and the other Paramount staff’s (particularly Daniel George in the maintenance team) speedy and friendly responses to our emails and more importantly, their willingness to deal with the issues promptly. That said, the process prior to moving in was super easy and efficient and it’s by far the best agency we have dealt with.
