I had such a great experience finding a flat to let through Paramount. They were very professional, they responded to all of my queries quickly, they were proactive in communicating, and they were just plain helpful all around. It was a thoughtful gesture to leave a bottle of champagne in the flat on the move-in date. When I got locked out of the flat due to a faulty key-copying situation, they kindly loaned me their spare copy which saved me from having to call a locksmith.
